Why Explore?
Socrates said-“the unexamined life is not worth living”.
In a world where it is easy to keep conversations “surfacy”, at Explore, we love to create comfortable places where real relationships can be built, and real conversations can be had.
Our mission is to create safe, comfortable places for people in Central Arkansas to engage in meaningful conversations about the big questions of life and God and to equip people to do the same.
We do this through Open Forum discussions, small groups, and one on one meetings.
Our vision is for every person in Central Arkansas to understand the claims of Jesus and experience the impact of those on their life, as well as, share them with others in their sphere of influence.
About Randy Likens
Randy graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1992. He worked in corporate America for 6 years with a Fortune 500 Company. It was during that time that Randy began to seek answers to life’s biggest questions. As a part of his journey, he came to understand that a relationship with Jesus was radically different than the “religion” he grew up around that was never really attractive to him.
That event changed the trajectory of his life. Not only did his life change, but he developed a passion for engaging in conversations with people about the claims of Jesus and helping them push through their own skepticism and barriers.
For 19 years, he worked as an Area Director and Managing Director for a National organization named Search. In 2020 he Founded Explore in order to focus his efforts 100 percent on engaging and equipping people in Central Arkansas.
Randy is married to Brett and they have four children.
We focus on relationally-engaging,
meaningful conversations
through Open Forums.

We equip young men in the journey of life through our
